We propose sensors that replace the pins of the connection systems with clevis and chain plates. This type of sensor is mainly used to measure the load on shrouds and forestays.
Designed as replacements for existing pins in standing rigging.
These sensors can be standard, corresponding to the dimensions of the standard elements of the rigging manufacturers, or designed especially for specific setups.
The load pins can be wired or wireless, with each option having pros and cons.
